Refund policy

Please note: LaEmpress_Boutique wants you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. accepts returns of unworn clothing items that come with the original tags and the clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

 

Kind Reminder:

 We kindly request customers to take photos of the items before returning them and ensure that both the product tag and SKU label are intact. This helps prevent the return package from being rejected by our warehouse.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Seller are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

     

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange IMMEDIATELY.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
